One thing I have been working on is a program designed to help people recover their willpower. It is a twelve step program without judgement or shame, and is open to any religious or non-religious person.
This program focuses on personal growth and recovery from traumas, triggers, and obsessive behaviors like addiction. We use tools such as meditation, journaling and art to heal the soul and build a support system. This is a one-year program with the option to continue with personal sponsorship and coaching as needed.
We are currently developing a discord group for round the clock access to materials and support. The “I CAN” recovery program consists of 12 focal points towards recovery and creating a better life for yourself.
